Everything starts with the soil.  Our current agriculture model has resulted in sick soil and ultimately sick people.  We must and can REGENERATE our land and our health by the way we farm.

Every decision on our farm revolves around one question: How can we improve the health of our soil so that we produce the most nutrient dense food for our customer?  It's simple, we can regenerate human health by regenerating our soil. 

Our motto is:  "If it's not right for the health of our customer, it's not right for the farm."   If we want to produce healthy, nutrient rich and delicious beef we must focus on building the health of our soil through regenerative farming. 

We Believe that plants and animals should be grown and raised the way nature intended.  That is why our beef is 100% grass fed and raised on lush pastures planted with diverse and nutrient rich grasses.  If you buy Valley Ridge Farm you know that it is 100% grass-fed beef, raised on our pasture the way nature intended.  No corn, no grain, no hormones, just grass. We intend on expanding our pasture based proteins with eggs, pork, and chicken to bring more healthy, nutritious and delicious food from our farm to your table!
